Expertise in the hospitality and tourism industry, skills learned through various roles, including the most recent position as Assistant Hotel Manager in Taormina, Sicily where the main responsibilities were managing the general operations of a 4 star hotel, small weddings and events, as well as overseeing groupreservations.

Two bachelor degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management and ten years of international experience in sales, guest services, and marketing. Previous experience as Reservations Manager for luxury hotels in Belgium, capable of managing tasks in six European languages.
